在 App 內刪除帳號
您可以隨時自行刪除澳凱優選 App 的帳號,步驟如下:
- 開啟澳凱優選 App,登入您的會員帳號。
- 進入「會員中心」(或「我的帳戶」)。
- 選擇「刪除帳號」,並依畫面指示確認。
- 確認後,您的帳號會立即停用並自動登出。
用 Email 申請刪除
若無法於 App 內操作,可來信申請。請使用您註冊時的電子信箱寄信至 admin@ozkaikai.com, 主旨註明「刪除帳號」,我們會在收到後協助處理。
刪除後會發生什麼
- 您的會員帳號將被停用,無法再登入或接收驗證碼。
- 所有登入裝置會立即登出。
- 為符合稅務、會計與消費者保護法規,已完成的訂單紀錄會依法定期間保留, 但不再與可登入的帳號連結。

Delete Your Account In-App
You can delete your Ozkaikai account at any time:
- Open the Ozkaikai app and sign in to your account.
- Go to “Member Center” (or “My Account”).
- Tap “Delete Account” and confirm.
- Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out.
Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot use the in-app option, email us from your registered address at admin@ozkaikai.com with the subject “Delete Account” and we will process your request.
What Happens After Deletion
- Your account is deactivated — you can no longer sign in or receive verification codes.
- All signed-in devices are logged out immediately.
- To comply with tax, accounting, and consumer-protection laws, completed order records are retained for the legally required period, but are no longer linked to a usable account.
