在 App 內刪除帳號

您可以隨時自行刪除澳凱優選 App 的帳號，步驟如下：

開啟澳凱優選 App，登入您的會員帳號。
進入「會員中心」（或「我的帳戶」）。
選擇「刪除帳號」，並依畫面指示確認。
確認後，您的帳號會立即停用並自動登出。

用 Email 申請刪除

若無法於 App 內操作，可來信申請。請使用您註冊時的電子信箱寄信至 admin@ozkaikai.com，主旨註明「刪除帳號」，我們會在收到後協助處理。

刪除後會發生什麼

您的會員帳號將被停用，無法再登入或接收驗證碼。
所有登入裝置會立即登出。
為符合稅務、會計與消費者保護法規，已完成的訂單紀錄會依法定期間保留，但不再與可登入的帳號連結。

Delete Your Account In-App

You can delete your Ozkaikai account at any time:

Open the Ozkaikai app and sign in to your account.
Go to “Member Center” (or “My Account”).
Tap “Delete Account” and confirm.
Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot use the in-app option, email us from your registered address at admin@ozkaikai.com with the subject “Delete Account” and we will process your request.

What Happens After Deletion

Your account is deactivated — you can no longer sign in or receive verification codes.
All signed-in devices are logged out immediately.
To comply with tax, accounting, and consumer-protection laws, completed order records are retained for the legally required period, but are no longer linked to a usable account.
